I am offering a physical training for individual clients or groups. I will place my long time expertise in different dance styles and body works such as Pilates, Yoga, Feldenkrais, Tai Chi Dao Yin, Osteopathie and others into the training. Also, my experiences in high performance and common sports (gymnastics, handball and running) are completing my guidance - if appropriate.

My offer is a functional sportive approach, affected by somatic techniques. As a dancer I have a high physical awareness as well as a fine power of observation for physical body structures and moving patterns of others. After many years of trainings, rehearsals, performances and competitions, I developed a knowledge of how to design an effective and joyful training.

I work intuitively and rely on my long time bodywork practices. I will adjust the training, guidance and methods to the (individual) progress.
